I've tried to design it so that it is as useful as possible in terms of what information investors actually need. I've had a lot of help from the 'beta' stage subscribers who gave a ton of feedback and kept me focused on what they wanted too.
So what did they want?
1. A way to find good, solid companies with long track records of profit, steady dividends and growth, which can be bought at a price which gives a good dividend yield above the market average.
I've developed a unique metric that pulls these factors together which can save a whole load of time when looking for a future investment. The newsletter contains two tables of over 100 companies sorted and colour coded so that you can quickly scan the lists and home in on what you're after. The same lists can be used to compare companies against each other and the market to help in both buy and sell decisions.
2. A £50,000 model portfolio which invests based on the top scoring shares in the above lists, with a little extra step-by-step analysis to make sure that the investment is suitable for a cautious/income portfolio.
Each issue contains either a buy or sell alert to let readers readers know what changes are being made and why.
Current holdings include Vodafone, AstraZeneca, BAE Systems, Balfour Beatty, Scottish & Southern Energy and more (up to 20). There are other smaller cap stocks as well such as UTV Media the ITV license holder for Ireland.
