LOTTOMATICA GROUP SUBSIDIARY SPIELO INTERNATIONAL TO PROVIDE ALBERTA GAMING AND LIQUOR COMMISSION WITH ITS DISTRIBUTED GAME MANAGEMENT VALUE ADDED MODULE

December 5, 2011 – Lottomatica Group S.p.A. announced that its subsidiary SPIELO International Canada ULChas been selected by the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission (AGLC) in Canada to provide SPIELO's Distributed Game Management Value Added Module for its INTELLIGEN™ video lottery terminal (VLT) centralsystem.

As announced in July 2011, SPIELO International signed a five-year contract with AGLC to provide the INTELLIGEN Central System following a competitiveprocurement process. AGLC selected SPIELO International's DGM module as an addition to the INTELLIGEN agreement. As a result of a separate public procurement, SPIELO International has also signed a multi-year contract on Nov. 8, 2011 to provide the Alberta market with new VLTs and a set of compelling VLT games.

MANDALAY HOLDINGS CHOOSES QUICKFIRE POWERED BY MICROGAMING FOR CASINO
