VNE underlined its No 1 status at ENADA Rimini Posted: 05 Apr 2012 02:11 AM PDT The Italian market for money changing machines remains strong and competitive. VNE once underlined its leadership in this market at the ENADA in Rimini in March. It was the perfect place to not only display the extensive product range but also announce major innovations. The first piece of good news is that all money changing machines of VNE can be connected online. Thus, this important feature has now spread to every single change machine that VNE offers. This brings key benefits. Operators receive immediate, real time information and control of the VNE change machines. Changes can be made instantly to react to alterations in requirements on the change machines at varying locations. Naturally, the online system from VNE is very secure. A further benefit is that customers can receive instantaneous support from VNE. Service and support are available at all times. Distance then plays no object. The days of waiting for a technician to arrive have gone for good. Thus, VNE machines are designed to be available for use longer with service and maintenance requirements that are supported quicker. The VLT market in Italy continues to go from strength to strength. The options than operators can choose to offer their players in money changing continue to grow as well – thanks to VNE. VLT wins between 1000 and 5000 euros are paid out by the cashier. These higher wins can pose a security risk. Operators have to have a larger amount of cash available for payouts. The solution to this problem was presented by VNE at the exhibition: a brand new machine called Cheque. The process is simplified and thus becomes more secure. In such a case, the player takes the winning ticket to the cashier to be validated. The cashier confirms this win and approves the ticket. The player can then enter the approved ticket into the Cheque and the winnings are then paid out in the form of a bank cheque that can be cashed into the player's bank account or exchanged for the cash amount at a bank. New change machines on display included the Mini Full Change with further choice of banknote recycling. Secure money handling is the focus of VNE money processing machines and customers can choose from a wide variety of secure components. The term money processing machines fits more today to best describe the VNE product range. The experience and success of VNE change machines are migrating into new markets. Thus, VNE proudly introduced new change machines that can do much more – namely offer services. An agreement struck with Cogetech has allowed VNE to innovate yet more. This new machine brings on board services such as topping up mobile phones and paying utility bills. Lorenzo Verona, Commercial Director at VNE, summed up the ENADA, Rimini, "There was talk that this year's ENADA was much quieter than last years. We did not notice that! On the contrary, we had a very busy exhibition. As we are the number 1 change machine manufacturer in Italy, we expected a busy show. Our new innovations made a real stir. We understand our home market and thus preempt future requirements. Our Cheque machine underlines our status of being the number 1 innovator in our field. New services on our machines will open new opportunities. The fact that we can connect all our machines makes a powerful statement in our drive to further enhance our international sales. These are very exciting times for us" |
