TCSJOHNHUXLEY DELIVERS SIC BO INTEGRATION TO GAMING FLOOR LIVE

TCSJOHNHUXLEY will deliver significant updates to its award winning Gaming Floor Live system at G2E Asia with the integration of Sic Bo to the platform.

Gaming Floor Live is a real-time game optimisation system designed to maximise key performance areas and profitability. Unlike any other product on the market, the system automatically captures live table game data, which in turn provides vital information to maximise turnover, maintain house advantage, reduce operating costs and understand opportunity costs.

The system can benchmark optimum results and compare real-time performance against the selected benchmarks, providing live feedback to Dealers, floor and casino management.  With the power to monitor pits remotely with local area network or wide area network connectivity, casino management can now measure key performance areas across their live tables.

Gaming Floor Live uses industry standard software and database architecture allowing it to easily operate within existing IT infrastructure. All data is encrypted and the system has comprehensive user and management control functions.  Data, reports and real time alerts are available via a dashboard application giving casino staff a snapshot of their operations as well as the ability to drill down to detailed analysis. An easy to use desktop application and SMS alerts notify gaming staff of any exceptional game activity.

The latest Sic Bo developments include games per hour visible on the system dashboard and alarms generated for bad shake and game Aborted (when the shaker cover is lifted). Alerts can also be generated on a configurable number of consecutive results, number of big or small results, triples, and identical results.  As with all Gaming Floor Live alerts these can be sent out via an SMS gateway.

Using the TCSJOHNHUXLEY Elite Sic Bo display offers seamless connectivity with Gaming Floor Live.  Functions include open/close table and change table min and max directly from the system.

LAUNCH SUCCESS SEES CITIBET EXPAND PRINT RUN TO 100,000 COPIES FOR EURO 2012 WITH INCREASED REGIONAL PUSH

Tuesday, May 29, 2012 (London, UK) Following a successful launch in April 2012, Citibet, the free football betting magazine, has increased its distribution by a third to 100,000 issues for a Euro 2012 special on Thursday, 31 May, 2012.

In addition to its regular London operation, a significant number of copies will be distributed regionally, with Citibet teams present in Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham. Fans travelling to England's friendly with Belgium at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, June 2, will also be targeted.

Previewing the upcoming tournament in Poland and Ukraine, Citibet's Euro 2012 edition will feature the views of Gabriele Marcotti, with the Wall Street Journal and Times journalist and ESPN pundit signed as a columnist.

The 2012 European Championships preview night will be held at Amber Bar in the City of London on Thursday, 31 May, 2012.

TCSJOHNHUXLEY Asia planning for strategic growth

Following her recent promotion to General Manager Asia, Rebecca Kingswell now heads up TCSJOHNHUXLEY Asia operations. In her previous role as Executive Director of Operations, Rebecca has been instrumental in the success of the company in the region. She has worked extensively in Asia over the last 17 years gaining immeasurable experience and local knowledge. Rebecca has spearheaded the company's success across the region, penetrating markets in Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos.

In response to the extraordinary growth of casino gaming in Macau and the Asia region, TCSJOHNHUXLEY are continuing strategic developments including strengthening the team and expanding and improving operational efficiencies across the region.  The first of these appointments include a new Sales Director for Asia, Andrew Hanley who joins the team in early June. With 18 years gaming industry experience, Hanley has worked extensively in the Asia Pacific region and has been based in Macau for the past 5 years. As VP – International Sales at Transact Technologies and more recently Sales Manager Asia Pacific for Bally Technologies, he has extensive Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer service experience as well as considerable local market knowledge, which will be invaluable as the company develops its sales strategy in new and emerging markets as well as continuing to support established customers.

Sales Executive, Max Ieong joined the company at the beginning of May and comes to TCSJOHNHUXLEY with a strong sales and marketing background having lived and worked in the US for 15 years, relocating to Macau in 2006. For the last 5 years he was Director of Sales for a large Fortune 200 restaurant and event management company where he increased sales by 50% in 6 months. His knowledge and strong customer focused experience will provide an added advantage to grow sales in the region. He will be attending G2E Asia.

Operational efficiencies are being implemented to maximise growth potential and streamline services in the region. These include expanding warehouse facilities to provide better consolidation of orders and the ability to hold more stock enabling quicker turnaround of orders. Technical Service and Support is being restructured and we will continue to recruit best technical candidates available that will allow greater customer coverage of Asia and a growing Macau base.
