With her background, Lorna will be the ideal candidate to work with the sales and engineering staff and provide FutureLogic customers an unmatched level of service.

"I am very happy to add Lorna to our Sales Support Team", says Anette Jauch. "The market demand for our products is increasing by the month and especially our new products have met keen interest in the market. We needed a colleague who understands what customer service is all about and champion the customer throughout the business."

APEX Germany earns positive feedback in Bavaria in Germany

Posted: 10 Jul 2012 04:52 AM PDT

The German branch of APEX Germany is located in Bavaria. Thus, the Bavarians do not have far to go to get to Forstinning near Munich. The popular casinos, right on the border in the Czech Republic, have been providing APEX gaming entertainment for some years now. For that reason, APEX has already been able to gain a head start in Bavaria, since the APEX games are already popular among many Bavarian players. For that reason, Bavarian operators are all the more pleased that they can offer their customers APEX because the players remain on-site more and do not need to travel into the neighbouring country to be able to play APEX. Positive feedback from APEX in Bavaria has already been  collated from several operators:

Hans Reiter of Casinos Schellenbruck with Ronald Behrendt of APEX Germany

The Casino Royale has been in the heart of Munich since 2005. Right from the beginning, an identity check was introduced here; this plays an important role in protecting the players. The customers enjoy coming back time and again. The number of female players is growing constantly. The managing director has already positioned a Pinnacle SL Slant with precision in the gaming establishment. "We have researched exactly how we should deploy the AWP. The Pinnacle SL stands slightly rotated relative to the other AWPs and you approach it directly when you go towards the exit. That is a very important location in our establishment. The aim is for our players to notice the Pinnacle SL more easily. And that is actually the case – we have often seen how our customers decide to remain here for a little while longer, in order to play on the APEX gaming machine".

Thomas Schuster and his partner, Mark Hinterholzinger, operate a total of six gaming arcades. The centrepiece among the gaming establishments is located in Strasskirchen near Passau. This very stylishly entertainment centre consists of four concessions. Naturally, the APEX gaming machines can be found here, too. On this, Mr Schuster himself says, "The APEX gaming machines have been very well received. We have Pinnacle 22" upright machines in our line-up. Since APEX is now providing further cabinet variants, we shall soon add the Pinnacle SL Slant. The Dual Slim Line is very well suited to our restaurant and bar establishments. APEX is an important alternative for us operators and it brings new playing enjoyment for our gaming customers".

Eggenfelden is a popular shopping and adventure destination in Bavaria. The Schellenbruck Casino in Eggenfelden is located in a large shopping and entertainment area.  The Schellenbruck Casino is in just the right place and remains an important focal point. Hans Reiter – managing director – relies on APEX gaming machines. Both games packages, "Magic Classic" and "Hot Magic Fruits XXL", enjoy enormous popularity among his customers. Mr Reiter applauds the training concept of APEX in particular: "APEX explained the various games to our playing customers in a very pleasant and friendly manner over several days. It was a lot of fun and, even more importantly, our regular customers became familiar with the APEX games more quickly and their questions were answered straight away, on-site. I recommend APEX as a useful addition to any gaming establishment".

Mr. Udo Nickel, Sales Director at APEX Germany, adds "This positive feedback shows that we are on the right path. With our range of products, we offer the market a professional alternative. On the half of the APEX team, I would like to thank the operators here for taking the time to give us this important feedback".

Bertil Knutsson comments, "It is with great pride that I am able to offer both Michael and Tristan more significant roles within TCSJOHNHUXLEY. I am pleased to be able to step back from my active duty in the knowledge that our company is in good hands, keeping the business very much within the family."

TCSJOHNHUXLEY has one of the gaming industry's strongest heritage with the origins of the company established over 30 years ago. Bertil Knutsson was a pioneer in introducing automated electronic gaming equipment to tables in what was a highly traditional arena. These key products, such as the Chipper Champ chip sorting machine, changed the face of gaming floors for ever and continue to be benchmarks to the industry.

Tristan has handed over the day to day running of the Asian operations to Rebecca Kingswell, General Manager Asia. He will continue to be based in Singapore.

Tristan Sjöberg comments, "I am extremely proud to be taking on a more important role within the Group as I understand how important TCSJOHNHUXLEY is to my father. The foundations and heritage that he initiated many years ago are at the heart of what we do. Michael and I are committed to continue to grow the business, taking it into a new era under the leadership of our new Group CEO Cath Burns."
