CASINO CODEKASE AND WEBTRAX BRING NEW ELEMENT TO GAMING INDUSTRY Posted: 17 Jul 2012 10:05 AM PDT The first and only electronic device designed for direct mail promotions will be unveiled during the three-day Casino Marketing Conference in Las Vegas on July 24 at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. "Casino CodeKase interacts with the simplest of human emotions," said Rusty Donohoo, President of Wilkin Marketing. "It illuminates and intrigues consumers." Wilkin Marketing's Casino CodeKase (a variation of CodeKase) is an LED lit plastic poker chip which attaches to a direct mail piece. Activated by pulling a tab, a promotional message or code will appear when the device's screen illuminates. Donohoo stated that clients who utilized the original CodeKase have experienced a 39% higher response rate from consumers compared to previous mailer promotions. Casino CodeKase compliments WebTrax, a web-based software technology that allows vendors to track their promotional results live time through a customer facing kiosk, social media page, or the casino's website, depending on the promotion. The WebTrax software engages consumers through interactive games, revealing prizes and identifying potential grand prize winner(s). "Competition is growing and increasingly competitive over here in the Midwest and across the country," Dan Sagle, VP of Sales said. "As casinos fight for business, marketing and promotions are crucial. Attracting the biggest audience is extremely important for casinos to survive." "Our mission with Casino CodeKase is to bring players through the doors and to get them to keep coming" Sagle said. "Once CodeKase brings the players in, WebTrax then directs them and delivers promotional information while tracking the progress of an event or promotion." Wilkin Marketing creates awareness and brings together consumers and vendors making way for effective communication that increases ROI, intrigue and motivation of consumers.
