The inaugural ECA Slot Summit France proved to be a great success with over 130 delegates from as far as Finland, Spain and even New Caledonia – a mere 28 hours flight time away!

All had assembled to hear the latest industry trends over 3 days in convivial surroundings at the Lucien Barriere Casino & Conference Centre in Enghien-Les-Bains. The event wassupported by AGEM who sponsored a Dinner Cruise on the River Seine and they were joined by the leading slot manufacturers: Ainsworth Game Technology; Austrian Gaming Industries; Bally Technologies; Inspired Gaming; IGT; Gaming Support; SPIELO International; and WMS Gaming International. Hippodrome Casino partners with online leaders pokerstars and microgaming

LONDON – October 9, 2012 – London’s new Hippodrome Casino has struck deals with two of the biggest names in online gaming, PokerStars and Microgaming. The deals will create an online presence for the Hippodrome and enhance the new casino's live poker room offering.

PokerStars, the worlds' largest online poker site, will refurbish and re-brand the poker deck at the Hippodrome Casino to create the UK's first PokerStars' poker room. In 2013, the Hippodrome will become home to a range of new PokerStars' sponsored  tournaments  and special events which the site will promote to its customer base of 50 million registered players. PokerStars has also taken a minority stakeholding in the Hippodrome Casino as part of the deal.

Microgaming will build www.hippodromecasino.com, which will be operated by Betway Group and introduce an unrivalled suite of games and mobile gaming applications. Online poker on the site will be provided by Pokerstars.
