BALLY TECHNOLOGIES SIGNS AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE iGAMING PLATFORM FOR MOHEGAN SUN CASINOS IN CONNECTICUT, PENNSYLVANIA

LAS VEGAS, October 10, 2012 — Bally Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BYI), a leader in slots, video machines, casino-management, interactive applications, and networked and server-based systems for the global gaming industry, today announced it has reached an agreement to provide its iGaming platform to Mohegan Sun's casinos in Uncasville, Conn. and Wilkes-Barre, Pa., adding to the growing portfolio of online gaming sites the Company develops for casino operators.

The agreement will enable Mohegan Sun to offer play-for-free online poker in Connecticut and Pennsylvania in preparation for online wagering regulation. Mohegan Sun selected Bally Interactive following a six-month review process.

Representatives from Gaming industry all over the world arrive in Bulgaria

From 14th to 18th October in Sofia, Bulgaria for the 5th time there will be held two of the biggest events in the Gaming industry of the Eastern Europe: the Eastern European Gaming Summit (EEGS) and the Balkan Entertainment and Gaming Exhibition (BEGE)

The Eastern European Gaming Summit will take place on 14th and 15th October at Metropolitan Hotel, Sofia, putting on discussion the most important topics and the most current tendencies in the Eastern European region. The focus will be put on the new legislation in Bulgaria and other European countries, reflecting the dynamic changes and the new technological tendencies in the industry, including: server-based games, remote gambling, sport betting, etc. Experts from the sector will discuss the challenges, which the industry meets today and will share their experience and vision for resolving different cases and issues.
