Find ideas for children’s books in the Teaching Ideas Library!

Since starting my Teaching Library site last year, the site grew into a popular source of ideas and resources related to popular children’s books. However, I recently took the decision to close the site and move all of the content over to Teaching Ideas. So, I’m really pleased to announce that the new Teaching Ideas Library is now open!

All of the books, authors, ideas and resources have been transferred to the new Library area on Teaching Ideas, which will allow even more teachers to find and use them in their classrooms. Teaching Ideas is a much more popular site and many teachers were searching for books there without realising that the separate Teaching Library site was available. By combining the content, it also means that I have now only have nine sites to manage (and will therefore have more time to make new resources!).

Please do explore the Teaching Ideas Library. There are lots of ideas / resources for popular authors (including Roald Dahl, Julia Donaldson and more) and wonderful books (e.g. Giraffes Can’t Dance, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Aquila, There’s a Boy in the Girls’ Bathroom and many others).

If you have any suggestions of books / authors that you would like to see added to the site, please let me know!
