In 2013 Mecca will continue to put customers at the heart of everything we do as we consolidate our position as the leading female friendly gaming based entertainment brand in the UK. Recent customer insights reveal that it doesn’t matter whether our customers play online, in clubs, on their smartphone or Ipad - as far as they are concerned they are playing at Mecca. Whilst Mecca is already a household name, and has just been named ‘Site of the Year 2012’ by Whichbingo.com, this year we are looking to take our business to the next level as we create one integrated brand across retail, online and mobile.. We will continue to looking for ways to innovate and differentiate ourselves in the marketplace.
Recent success includes our Firecracker events in club where customers have the chance to play for £100,000 prize money for a £60 ticket, including free entertainment. We are now the largest single EBT product operator in the UK and Mecca Max is now a registered trademark and even has its own facebook page with over 2,300 fans. We have one of the widest ranges of gaming content available on mobile with content from IGT, WMG, Cozy and Probability and recently we built and launched Ash Gaming’s mega title “Adventures in Wonderland.” Following the success of Britain’s Got Talent bingo online, we have continued to innovate with the launch of the exclusive “The X Factor Bingo” game plus Cashlink, which has been developed to replicate the experience in club. Our first Facebook game, Britain’s Got Talent Bingo Stars”, has also just been launched. Whilst economic conditions will remain tough in 2013, I am confident that businesses such as Mecca, which are prepared to invest in their long term future and offer an integrated offer which embraces modern technology, will continue to lead the way.
