Five Directors Re elected to AGA Board Posted: 15 Jan 2013 08:03 AM PST WASHINGTON At the December annual meetings of the American Gaming Association (AGA), the following four members of the AGA board of directors were re-elected to serve for three-year terms: Richard Haddrill, AGA chairman and chairman of Bally Technologies, Inc.; Gary Loveman, chairman, president and CEO of Caesars Entertainment Corporation; Jamie Odell, CEO and managing director of Aristocrat Leisure Limited; and Timothy J. Wilmott, president and COO of Penn National Gaming, Inc. Larry Ruvo, senior managing director of Southern Wine and Spirits of Nevada, also was re-elected to the board for an additional one-year term as an at-large director. In addition to the re-election of five directors, the board welcomed a new director in Richard Byrne, CEO of Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. Byrne previously served as director-elect and was elected for a one-year term as an at-large director, succeeding Adam Rosenberg, managing director and global head of the gaming group for Goldman Sachs & Co., who completed his term as an at-large director. Push Gaming is an online and mobile game developer which specialises in porting and distributing games from land-based suppliers to online and mobile operators.
