Win Free Apps to use in your Classroom! Posted: 25 Jan 2013 10:00 AM PST
Demografix have kindly offered free copies of some of their fantastic apps to give away to readers of Teaching News. Seven copies of School Writing for iPad (UK) are available. This app lets teachers prepare lessons to help children to learn letters, numbers, words and more, using written instructions, images and audio instructions. Children can respond to the provided lessons using their own written and audio recordings. The Youtube video below gives more information about the app. Click here to view the embedded video. There are also five copies of Number Lines on offer. Number Lines features different types of number lines with multiple combinations (1-20, 20-50 as examples and multiple sequences) that can be used to support the teaching of addition and subtraction. Any number line can be made and the number lines scroll horizontally to provide a true number line experience. To be in with a chance of winning one of these apps, simply enter your name and email address into the Google form below. All information entered will be stored on a private Google spreadsheet until the closing date at 11.59pm on Thursday 31st January 2013. Twelve winners will be picked at random and the information on the spreadsheet will then be deleted. Good luck! |
