Nevada Shoshone Tribe set to launch E-Gaming Casino Worldwide

Posted: 04 Apr 2013 04:35 AM PDT

4 APRIL 2013 (Las Vegas, Nevada) Chief William Bills of the Shoshone Nation of Nevada and Gerry Gionet founder of GEObet Network have signed a further extension to the exploratory deal announced on February 20th.

The new deal will bring the Shoshone Tribe Online Casino fully into online gaming worldwide by May 1st and will currently exclude players from the USA. Gerry Gionet stated, "With the majority of USA tribes looking to establish play for free sites Chief William Bills and I believe that moving to a full play for money online Casino is a better entry point for the Shoshone Nation. We believe this puts a precedent into the market place and sets a template for tribes and tribal casinos to get into e-commerce business with both feet within the GEObet Network."

Chief William Bills stated, "We need to walk before we run with any business but it is important for us to walk the correct path. Play for Free is being sold as an entry point and so far it has not proven to be a successful entry tool for data collection. We believe that opening for commercial business online is the correct path and GEObet Network is providing the pathway for us."

"With the jury still out on the viability of conversion rates of play for free to play for money customers, we wanted to avoid investing into something that does not make money and is not proven," says Gerry Gionet. "As well the play for free market is heavily oversaturated with a large number of social gaming free play products vying for audience and working to monetize the player bases. We believe the Shoshone's will gain valuable experience in e-commerce and Internet gaming by taking this approach and through the GEObet Network the upfront cost is zero."

HoGaming wins Italian approval for Online Live Casino operations

Posted: 04 Apr 2013 01:02 AM PDT

4 April 2013 (Douglas, Isle of Man) HoGaming, Asia's leading provider of Live Dealer gaming products, has been approved as an online Live Casino Provider in Italy.

In granting their approval, the AAMS (Amministrazione Autonoma Monopoli di Stato) has given Italian operators the opportunity to supply their players with the world's most advanced, individually-branded suite of Live Dealer games.

From HoGaming's point of view, it's an opportunity to showcase the third generation of their Live Casino platform in Europe's largest online gaming market. The whole suite of Live Dealer games, which includes a range of roulette, blackjack and baccarat variations, will be streamed from their state-of-the-art studio in Estonia that opened at the beginning of the year.

HoGaming are also offering their land-based customers the opportunity to stream Live Dealer games straight from their own casinos via individually-branded studios staffed by native Italian-speakers, ensuring a truly localised experience.

"It's the perfect opportunity to show European operators that we're serious when it comes to offering them opportunities that were previously exclusive to the top Asian providers. Our Live Casino is scrupulously fair and completely secure, and we've ensured that the range of games, the quality of the stream and the reliability of the platform are unmatched anywhere in the world," said HoGaming's CEO, Peter Kjaer.

He goes on to point out that HoGaming's success to date doesn't stem from simply providing better versions of existing platforms. They've been at the forefront of development and innovation in this sector since 2001.

'We've built a system that assesses a player's connection speed and optimises the stream accordingly, so operators can be completely confident that their players are enjoying the richest, most seamless experience possible. We've also introduced custom chip values, the ability to 'bet behind', and a level of customisation unrivalled by competitors. Everything we've done – everything we continue to do – is aimed at making a player's experience more realistic and more compelling than ever before."

It will surprise very few, then, to hear that HoGaming aims to put clear water between themselves and the competition by releasing the mobile version of their platform within the next few weeks. "We'll be the first to make full use of 3G and 4G networks to stream Live Dealer action to players' tablets and smart phones, regardless of the device's connection, make or operating system," said Mr Kjaer.
