BP Educational Services provide a large range of curriculum-linked teaching resources for primary and secondary schools. The site has recently been redesigned and features hundreds of lesson plans, videos and online activities, most of which are related to Science, D&T and Geography.

Some of the latest additions to the site include:

  • Stepping into Science (for ages 4 – 7) – featuring a fun presenter who carries out exciting experiments on the topics of Electricity, Forces and Materials.
  • InvestiGATE (for ages 9 – 12) – helping to prepare pupils for the transition to secondary school Science. Two lively teen presenters look at the ways scientists carry out investigations to help pupils who can then plan, carry out and evaluate their own experiment using the online tools and worksheets.
  • These also include some great photo stories on the site which provide stimulating ways to introduce the topics of ElectricityForces and Materials to upper primary pupils.

If you haven’t explored the site yet, take a look now. Registration is required to access the resources, but this is free.
