Help Children Get Ready to Learn with new Assembly Resources!

Posted: 07 Nov 2013 11:15 AM PST

The National Association of Headteachers (NAHT) and Family Action have become partners in 2013/14, with the aim of helping children get ‘Ready to Learn Every Day’. They are creating resources and other materials to encourage parents, pupils and teachers to work together to ensure that young people get the best from their time at school.

Ready to Learn

Printable guides for parents have been created and new assembly resources are now available on the NAHT site. At the moment, five assemblies are available, along with a Powerpoint presentation and a related song. Schools are also being encouraged to take part in a ‘Dress Down Day’ to raise funds for Family Action. Find out more and download all of the resources here.
