PenguinPig

PenguinPig is the story of a girl who reads about a penguinpig on the Internet. She decides to go and find one, reading the instructions on the website. It’s a wonderful way of helping children to learn about Internet safety and is a great addition to any eSafety work in your classroom. You can find out more about the book at www.penguinpig.co.uk.

The creators of the book have kindly offered five copies of the book to give away to readers of Teaching News. The books will also be signed by the author and illustrator!

To enter, please complete the form below. Please note that:

  • This competition is only open to teachers in the UK and we will only accept one entry per person.
  • All information entered onto this form will be stored as an entry on a Google spreadsheet and this information will be deleted after the winner has been chosen.
  • Five winners will then be chosen at random and the winning people will be contacted by email. Their details will then be passed on to the creators of PenguinPig, who will send the prizes directly to the winners.
  • Ideas and resources shared on the form will be used in a future blog post on Teaching News, with a credit to the contributor.
  • This competition closes at 11.59pm on 28th September 2014.
