Cummins Allison Announces New JetTouch® Workstation

Mt. Prospect, IL – Cummins Allison, the leading innovator and provider of currency, coin and check handling solutions, today announced the release of a new and updated JetTouch® workstation.

The JetTouch workstation allows gaming operations to streamline their cash and ticket management across the property.

JetTouch helps casinos work faster and more efficiently by reconciling cash, coin, tickets, chips, tokens, checks, and other non-cash media from networked workstations in up to six different operating configurations. By communicating with Cummins Allison processing solutions such as JetScan iFX® currency, check and ticket scanners, JetScan® currency scanners and JetSort® coin sorters, JetTouch can automate data collection for most media types, reducing processing time and the potential for error – and saving casinos money.

The JetTouch has an adjustable 15-inch color LCD touch-screen display and an attractive, compact profile. The new workstation also has increased communications capabilities, including 6 USB ports, 4 RS-232 ports and an external VGA port.

Cubeia Launches Social Poker Network

29 April 2013 (Stockholm, Sweden) Cubeia Ltd, a software development company, has unveiled Cubeia Social, a social poker network, enabling anyone to create and run their very own social poker site.

Cubeia Social has a fully responsive HTML5 poker client that runs on most mobile devices and computers and is compatible with all operating systems and all major browsers. A hassle-free sign-up process, without time-consuming applications or legal red tape, allows operators to quickly get up and running with a minimum of fuss and technical know-how.

Based on Cubeia’s commercial poker platform the Cubeia Social network boasts straight-forward website integration and a WordPress plugin. It also offers'skinning' and other brand customisations with CCS to achieve a unique experience for an operator's players within the shared network.

Currently in a BETA release, Cubeia Social handles all the behind-the-scenes technical aspects of the game, which allows operators to concentrate on promoting their site and brand. Operators then receive a share of all revenue generated by their players.
