In Latin America there are several events taking  place almost every month but only SAGSE with its headquarters in Buenos Aires and Panama is the only that satisfy both manufacturers and operators needs of internationality becoming the gateway to enter this growing market.

The Latin market which annually meets in SAGSE represents a challenge for manufacturers who had recognized that the best way of doing business is “face-to-face with the customer.” This is a region where it is very important to be physically present and be discovered with potential buyers.  This is reason why SAGSE has become the ultimate showcase and meeting point for the entire industry.

It Is a fact that SAGSE Latin America is annually visited by about 9,000 international visitors from all the regions being mostly from Argentina followed by operators in Uruguay, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Brazil and Paraguay.

This important event gathers 100% of the Latin American industry and for this reason in these 21 years of experience has become the most and prominent International Expo in the region and is also among the three most important events in the world along with G2e and ICE.

The seventh annual Global Gaming Expo (G2E) Asia brought together a record number of attendees for the most vibrant networking, trade and educational showcase for the Asian gaming industry. From May 21-23, 5,851 attendees* – an increase of 16 percent compared with 2012 attendance figures – visited the Venetian Macau in Macau S.A.R., People's Republic of China, for the premier event for gaming professionals and decision-makers in Asia. These figures, released today by G2E Asia organizers Reed Exhibitions and the American Gaming Association (AGA), reflect a continued expansion of gaming throughout Asia and solidify G2E Asia as the must-attend industry event in the region.

"The gaming industry continues its ascent as one of the most dynamic, fastest growing and increasingly important sectors of our regional economy," said Nat Wong, president of Reed Exhibitions Greater China. "On behalf of Reed and the AGA, I'm delighted to have welcomed record numbers of visitors and exhibitors to G2E Asia. This exhibition, together with the corresponding conference program and value-enhancing networking activities, has provided a powerful platform for hundreds of local suppliers to showcase their gaming solutions to a generous audience in Macau for the seventh consecutive year."

Keen to enhance their regional profiles and promote new products, 139 companies from 19 countries converged at G2E Asia 2013 to display a wide range of products, including slot machines, accessories, gaming software, casino furniture and security systems.  While recording a 19% increase in showroom floor space over 2012 – the largest in the show's history – for a total of 76,245 square feet (7,087 square meters), the exhibition welcomed 33 new exhibitors to promote their offerings alongside new products and services from some of the world's leading providers of gaming operations solutions.

G2E Asia 2013 integrated a host of successful new features. The Players Club VIP, an invitation-only program targeted at key buyers and decision-makers from Asia’s premier casinos, hotel properties and cruises, drew 388 attendees.

This year G2E Asia offered a new app for iPhone and Android users that provided participants with quick access to the latest event news and allowed them to search conference sessions, access their My G2E Asia Show Planner, search for exhibitors and view the full schedule of events. Also new at G2E Asia 2013 was G2E TV, which live-streamed daily interviews with global gaming industry leaders.

The event's two themed pavilions lent a sharp focus to the most pressing current issues in global gaming. The Business Solutions/iGaming Pavilion featured providers of bingo, casino, lottery, mobile, online and social gaming solutions, and highlighted the burgeoning importance of iGaming. The Security & Surveillance Pavilion hosted providers of security and monitoring solutions for the modern global gaming industry.

The G2E Asia 2013 Conference, a three-day event that drew 642 participants, highlighted the latest trends in gaming and examined how businesses can compete effectively on a global scale. It provided high value seminars that covered a diverse array of topics, including market segmentation, optimizing financial management of gaming operations, the evolution of the Philippines and Taiwan into major gaming destinations, innovations in gaming technology, brand building and how gaming can be a metaphor for the Chinese worldview.

The Gaming Management Certificate Program, a full-day course that ran on the third day of the conference, illuminated key examples of industry best practice and gave the participating new and mid-level casino managers powerful tools to advance their careers. Produced in partnership with the University of Macau and UNLV Singapore, sessions included theoretical discussions and the sharing of practical experiences.

Finally, the Global Gaming Women's breakfast included a roundtable discussion by female leaders from the region's top operators and most important suppliers.

G2E Asia producers have already begun planning for the 2014 event, schedule for May 20-22 at The Venetian Macau. For more information on G2E Asia, visit www.g2easia.com.
