Microgaming Poker Network strikes new deal with Initial Rewards

ISLE OF MAN – The Microgaming Poker Network (MPN) is pleased to announce an agreement in principle with Initial Rewards; the world's largest and most experienced provider of loyalty products to the iGaming sector.

A partnership of this nature on a network will make loyalty stores available to operators across the MPN. Initial Rewards, who are based in London, will be able to service MPN operators with loyalty offerings that have an impressive global reach.

IGT and Hasbro Announce Licensing Agreement Renewal for Range of Interactive Casino Games Based on Highly Popular Brands Including MONOPOLY, BATTLESHIP and TRANSFORMERS

(SAN FRANCISCO– Jan 20, 2012) – International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT) and Hasbro, Inc. (NASDAQ:HAS) announced today a renewal of their exclusive interactive casino game licensing agreement through the end of 2014.

The agreement gives IGT, via their Interactive division based in San Francisco, the rights, in legalized jurisdictions, to continue distribution of online casino games created specifically for world famous Hasbro brands. IGT currently offers a wide-range of casino games based on Hasbro brands such as MONOPOLY, CLUEDO, BATTLESHIP, TRANSFORMERS and DUNGEONS & DRAGONS. The agreement also includes provisions for IGT to produce and distribute new games based upon additional Hasbro brands.
