 Matthew Paul elected to WMS Industries Board of Directors Chairman and CEO Brian R. Gamache, WMS Industries, said, "Matthew Paull's years of leadership and financial experience as the Chief Financial Officer of a major global company, his training as a certified public accountant, his extensive experience overseeing accounting, facilities, information services, investor relations, tax and treasury will be a valuable addition to our Board." Paull was Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of McDonald's Corporation, a global food service retailer, from July 2001, until he retired from that position effective January 2008. He is currently the Lead Independent Director of the Best Buy Co. (NYSE: BBY) Board, and Chairman of its Finance Committee. Mr. Paull also serves as a director of KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation (NYSE: KS), as an advisory director of Pershing Square Capital Management, L.P., and an advisory director of the One Acre Fund. Sales Director John Vallis explains the importance of EAG International Expo to Suzo- Happ's European operation: "As a global business we attend a large number of shows and we've had a strong presence at EAG International Expo since the show's launch four years ago. For us it's an important exhibition. Clearly with a range of over 40,000 products we can't show everything but EAG International is the perfect place to show new products and to catch up with prospective and existing customers; we like the fact that it's a very focused show," explained John. For EAG International Expo 2013, Suzo-Happ will be introducing accessories for pool and snooker, a full range of change machines, ticketing systems and a new range of cabinet edge lighting panels.
